2 lb round steak, cubed
1 diced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 c. ketchup
1 T brown sugar
2 tsp paprika
1 1/2 c water
2 T Worchestershire sauce
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
Dash of red pepper (or more to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown steak with onion and garlic. In a crock pot, mix the rest of the ingredients. Add meat mixture. Let simmer, in crock pot, for about 8 hours. When ready to serve, thicken with 1/4 c flour to about 1/2 c water: mix and add to crock pot. Mix well and let heat for a few minutes. Serve over kluski or homemade noodles, or rice.
