1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. onion, diced
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
1/2 c. sliced carrots
3/4 c. ketchup
1/2 c. pineapple juice
3 T vinegar
1/4 tsp pepper
Dash of ginger
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
6-8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onion, pepper, and carrots in margarine for 5 minutes. Stir in the rest of ingrediets except pineapple and chicken. Cook until boiling. Add pineapple. Put chicken breasts in casserole dish. Cover with sauce and bake at 350. The first 45 minutes, cook covered, then uncover and cook 30 more minutes. Serve with rice.
