2 large cans sweet potatoes- drain and mash
1 1/2 cups sugar (recipe calls for 2 cups but this seemed like too much)
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup half and half
2/3 cup melted margarine
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 eggs

Topping
2 cups brown sugar
2/3 cup margarine melted
2 cups crushed pecans
1/3 cup flour

Mix with mixer until somewhat smooth- pour into greased casserole dish or pan. Add topping and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes
