4 medium potatoes
2/3 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c margarine
1/3 c sour cream
1/2 t salt
paprika
bacon bits
chives

Directions:
Directions:
Pierce and microwave potatoes. Cut in half and let cool. Scoop out insides of potatoes. Add all ingredients except bacon and chives. Mix with mixer. Stuff otatoe shells and sprinkle each stuffed potatoe with bacon and chives. Add additional cheese if desired. BAke 400 for 15 minutes
