1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 tsp basil
1 egg, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Tenderize and flatten chicken breasts with tenderizer. Dip breasts into beaten egg, then breading mixture. Chicken can be fried with 1/2 and 1/2 mixture of butter and olive oil, broiled, or baked at 350.
