1 onion, chopped
1 can green chilies
2 cloves crushed garlic
2 T oil
2 large, chopped tomatoes (can substitute canned tomatoes)
3 c. tomato juice
1 c. beef broth
1 tsp cumin
1 can corn (can use 1 c. frozen)
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt (reduce if using canned tomatoes)
2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
4 cooked chicken breasts
Tortillas
Green onions
Monterey Jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, green chilies, and garlic in oil for 5 minutes. Add all other ingredients except the last three. Simmer 1 1/2 hours. Serve and top with tortillas, green onion, and/or cheese.

If you double the recipe you can use a full 64 oz can of tomato sauce. I do this and then freeze all of the leftovers in family or single servings.
