2 large Pork loin chops (2" thick) or Small Roast
2 T or 1 cap full of Spade L Ranch Pork Seasoning
1 C Brown Sugar
1 Onion, diced
1/3 C Water
1 Can Black Beans
1 Can Green Enchilada Sauce
Burrito Sized Flour Tortillas
Cheese
Lettuce
Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cut pork loins into strips and line in bottom of crock pot. Sprinkle pork seasoning over meat. Add onion, brown sugar, and water. After 3 hours on high heat, shread pork and let simmer in juices for another hour.

Warm both beans and enchilada sauce.

Warm flour tortillas and add meat, beans, and cheese. Roll burritos and top with enchilida sauce, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce.
