4 oz green chili peppers, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 small clove garlic, chopped
1 small can tomatoes
2 c sour cream
2 lb grated cheese
2 pkgs tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Soft fry onion, garlic, green pepper. Add tomato and cook 10 minutes. Add sour cream and remove from fire, add grated cheese. Soften tortillas in hot shortening, fill with sauce, roll and place in baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over tortillas and bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
