3 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
2 eggs
1 c sour cream
1 c grated cheese
1 small can cream style corn
1/2 c chopped jalapenos
1/2 c shortening

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and bake in square lightly greased pan for 15-20 minutes at 450.
