1/4 cup jalapeņo pepper jelly
2 Tbsp Kansas City steak seasoning
2 boneless beef ribeye steaks, cut 1 inch thick ( about 1 1/2 lbs.) or 1 boneless beef top sirloin steak
24 pickled baby banana chile peppers, jalapeņo Chile peppers, or other mild baby chile peppers and/or cornichone

For glaze, in a small saucepan stir together pepper jelly and steak seasoning. Cook and stir over low heat for 1-2 min or until jelly is melted. Set aside. For charcoal grill. cook steaks on uncovered grill, turning steaks once halfway through grilling and brushing with glaze during the last 5 min. For gas grill, preheat to 350, reduce heat to medium. cook until desired . Cut steak into 1-inch cubes. Top them with pickled pepper. Serve immediately
