1 1/2 ground beef
1/2 cup milk
1 Tbsp minced onions
2/3 cup quick or old fashioned oats, uncooked
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 dried dill weed
1/8 garlic powder
1 egg, unbeaten
1 can (10 1/2 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
rice or noodles

Directions:
Combine onion and milk, set aside. Combine meat, oats,salt and pepper, dill weed, garlic egg and onion-milk. Shape into 36 meat balls. Place in 10 inch shallow casserole or oven-proof skillet. Pour soup over meat balls. Bake at 350 for 35 min.or until done. Remove from oven. Blend in sour cream Serve immediately over rice or noodles
