1 Devil's Food pudding in the cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c water
4 T butter
2 8-oz pkgs cream cheese
1 1/2 t vanilla (or peppermint extract, nice for Christmas)
2 c powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Sprinkle 2 dish towels (or heavy paper towels) with powdered sugar, enough to coat but not the 2 cups that will be used in the filling. Grease 2 10X15X1" jelly roll pan. Line these with waxed paper then grease again. Beat eggs on high for 5 minutes. Gradually add cake mix. Blend to moisten. Beat 2 minutes at high speed. Spread in pans. Bake 14-20 minutes, until springs back when touched. Invert onto the towels. Remove waxed paper and roll cake in towel. Cool.

Unroll carefully and spread with 1/2 gallon of ice cream or make filling from the filling ingredients. Blend the butter, cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar.

Freeze or refrigerate.
