1 pkg white cake mix (bake per instructions and let cool, then slice in half)
2 pkg (6 oz) frozen coconut
1 lg cool whip
1 (8oz) sour cream
1 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine coconut, cool whip, sour cream and sugar. Stir until well blended. Frost bottom half of cake. Place top half on bottom half, frost top and sides. Sprinkle remaining coconut over entire cake. Refrigerate or freeze.
