1 stick butter
24 packets of Equal sweetner (24 packets of Equal=1 cup sugar)
8 ounce can coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon vinegar
3 eggs
1 unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and blend with sweetner. Beat eggs until foamy. Mix all ingredients adding coconut last. Cook 1 hour at 325 degrees.
