3 c. cooked rice
2 - 3 cooked chicken breast, cubed
2 - 3 c. cooked broccoli, diced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cover bottom of 9 x 13 pan with cooked rice then cubed chicken and diced broccoli. Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over the broccoli. Poke holes with a rubber scraper to help the sauce into the layers. Top with bread crumbs and cheddar cheese. Bake in 350 oven for 30 min.
