8 whole cloves
6 whole allspice
1 1/2 - 4" cinnamon stick
1 T grated orange peel
1/2 C sugar
1 gallon apple juice or apple cider

Directions:
Directions:
Use tea strainer or cheese cloth bag to put all spices in. Put sugar in the cider and stir. Simmer for about 10 minutes and remove the spices.
