3 cups mashed sweeet potatoes
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons margarine, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 large egg

Topping
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons magarine
1/3 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together first 7 ingredients and spoon into a lightly greased 8 inch square dish. To make topping: combine 1/2 cup brown sugar and flour. Cut in 2 tablespoon magarine with pastry blender until crumbly. Stir in nuts and sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
