1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli florets
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 cup Ritz crackers, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli for 5 minutes. Drain well. Combine with all remaining ingredients except cracker crumbs. Pour into greased baking dish and top with Ritz cracker crumbs.
Bake @ 400 for 20 minutes.
