2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen shredded hashbrowns
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese - save some for top
1 pint sour cream
4 green onions, sliced thin, tops & all
1/2 c. milk
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together. Put in a casserole dish & top with cheese. Bake @ 350 for 45 mins.
