2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
1 small onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 c. instant rice, raw
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 large jar of Cheez Whiz
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli according to pkg directions for about 6 minutes. Drain off any liquid. Set aside. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add onions and celery and saute until they are clear. Add the rice, soups, Cheez Whiz, salt and pepper. Mix well. Add brocolli and mix again. Place into a large casserole dish that has been well greased. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
