4 bone-in chicken breast halves
1 can (10 oz.) frozen margarita mix, thawed
2/3 c. tequila
1/4 - 1/2 c. fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
2 tbsp. desired chicken seasoning (lemon pepper,
Grill Mates, etc.)

Directions:

Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry. Set aside. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients to make the marinade. Place the chicken and marinade in a large resealable plastic bag. Squeeze out the air and seal. Place the chicken & marinade in the refrigerator for a minimum of 1 to 2 hours. Remove chicken from marinade. It can be grilled outside or baked in the oven at 350 for 35 - 40 minutes.
