1 cup packed brown sugar, 1/2 cup butter or margarine, 1/4 cup milk, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 1/2 - 2 cups confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine brown sugar, butter & milk in a saucepan, bring to a boil over medium heat. cook and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Cool to luke warm. Gradually beat in confectioners sugar until frosting reaches spreading consistency. Frost cake or cup cakes. (Cupcakes 1 1/2 - 2 dozen)
