4 squares unsweetened chocolate
4 egg yolks
2/3 cup sugar (granulated)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/8th teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups (2 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate in the top of a double boiler over hot water. In a separate bowl, beat egg yolks with sugar; add heavy cream and salt. Pour slowly over melted chocolate, stirring constantly. Cook over hot water 5 minutes, stirring until thickened.
Cream the butter in a bowl. Add the chocolate mixture, one tablespoon at a time, beating until blended. Chill until thick. Frost a 9 or 10" cake.
