2 cans (10 3/4 each) condensed Cream of Potato Soup - undiluted, 1 cup Sour Cream, 1/2 tsp. garlic salt (if desired), 1 pkg. (2lbs) frozen hash brown potatoes - thawed, 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese & 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

In a large bowl, combine the soup, sour cream & garlic salt. Add, potatoes & cheddar cheese. Mix well and pour into a greased 13"x9"x2" baking dish. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
