1 lb. turnips, peeled & grated 2 sm. onions, finely chopped 4 t. corn starch 1/2 c. + 2 T. Parmesan cheese 1/2 t. salt 1/4 t. pepper 2/3 c. half & half
Toss turnips & onions with cornstarch, 1/2 c. Parmesan, salt & pepper. Put into a buttered pyrex dish. Pat it down a little & drizzle with half & halt. Sprinkle with 2 T. Parmesan. Bake @ 350 for 30 - 35 mins. until a pretty golden brown.
