Cake Mix:
1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs

1/2 c. applesauce or 1/3 c. of oil

Frosting:
1 (8 oz.) carton cool whip
1 (8 oz.) can of crushed pineapple in it’s own juice
1 (4 oz.) can instant vanilla or Coconut Crème pudding
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cake Mix: Mix all ingredients together and bake as directed on the cake box.

Frosting: Stir together pudding, pineapple, and vanilla and then frost.
