1 egg
2 Tbsp vinegar
5 cups cold water
2 tsp salt
1 lb shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Put egg and vinegar in measuring cup. Fill to 1 cup with water and mix. Mix flour, salt and shortening until crumbly. Add egg mixture. Roll into 6-9 inch shells. Bake for 8 minute at 425 degrees.
