1 1/4 c. cooked shrimp, crabmeat, or lobster...or all
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 T. minced green onion
1/4 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine seafood & celery in a bowl. Mix in mayonnaise, onion, salt & pepper. Pour over seafood & toss. Serve on shredded lettuce with a few cherry tomatoes on the side.
