2 C flour
2 C sugar
1 C Margarine
1/4 C cocoa
1 c water
1/2 C buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

1 C margarine
2/3 C milk
1/2 C cocoa
6 C powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla

Sift together flower and sugar and set aside. Boil together
margarine, cocoa and water. Let mixture cool. Add flour and
sugar mixture. Add buttermilk, eggs, baking soda, salt and
vanilla. Pour into a 9 x 13 greased cake pan. Bake at 350
degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.

Boil together margarine, milk and cocoa. When cool, beat in
powdered sugar and vanilla.
