1 c. flour
1 t. salt
1 can (12 oz.) can light beer
1/2 t. tabasco sauce
3 large yellow onions, cut into 1/2" slices & separated

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1 c. flour, salt, & beer. Let stand until light & bubbly. Add tabasco & let stand overnight.

Heat oil in fryer to 375.
Dip onion rings in flour, then batter, then flour again. Fry battered onions a few at a time. Drain on paper towels.
