1 cup oats
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup orange juice
1 cup oil
3 cups flour
3 cups blueberries
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oats and orange juice in large bowl. Combine flour,1 cup sugar,baking powder,soda and salt in medium bowl; mix well. Add flour mixture, eggs and oil to oats mixture, stirring just until moistened. Fold in blueberries gently. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Sprinkle w/mixture of remaining 1/3 cup sugar and cinnamon. Top w/pecans. Bake a 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until muffins test done. Yield:36 servings.
