3 cans of Italian green beans, drain & reserve juice
1 can chicken mushroom soup
6 - 8 slices of bacon (more if desired)
1 bunch of green onions, chopped (tops & all)
1 small jar of diced pimentos, drained
1 small can of sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 c. grated colby cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Fry the bacon real crisp; crumble & set aside. In appx. 3 T. of bacon grease, saute onions until just wilted. Combine beans, 1/2 of the bacon, onions, pimentos & water chestnuts. Put in a buttered baking dish. Mix soup with 1/2 can of reserved bean juice & pour over beans. Top with cheese & rest of the bacon. Bake at 350 until hot & bubbly, appx. 20 - 25 mins.
