3 Egg Whites
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 c. Sugar
2/3 c. Ground Nuts
14 Ritz Crackers (crushed)
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Add baking powder to egg whites and beat until stiff. Gradually add sugar and then vanilla. Fold in crushed crackers and nuts and put in a well buttered pie plate. Bake at 325 for 25-30 min. When cool, cover with whipped cream & place in 'fridge for several hours before serving.

If pie doesn't fall on top as it cools, crush it down so whipped cream seeps down in. YUM!
