3-4 small red potatoes cut into chunks
1 c cauliflower
1/4 c sour cream
1 c shredded cheddar
1T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes and cauliflower for about 20 minutes or until tender. Drain. Add butter and sour cream and mash until light and fluffy. Stir in cheese.
