2 910oz) pkgs frozen broccoli
5 c water
6 T butter
1/2 c flour
1 medium onion, minced
2 c milk
1 1/2 c shredded velveeta cheese
4 chicken bouillon cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Bring broccoli to boil in water: simmer 5 minutes. Add cheese and put aside. SAute onion in butter. Add flour and with a wire whisk, stir in milk (this will be thick). Add some broth from the broccoli if it is too thick. Add cream sauce to broccoli and simmer. Add bouillon cubes. Simmer 15 minutes
