3 eggs
2 c sugar
3/4 c vegetable oil
1 T vanilla
3 c flour
3 t cinnamon
1 t salt
1 t baking soda
2 c grated zucchini
1/2 c raisins
1/2 c chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs till frothy. Add sugar and beat til creamy. Add oil and vanilla. Blend in dry ingredients with zucchini. Fold in raisins and nuts. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake 350 for one hour.
