6 eggs
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 T shortening
1/2 c tomatoes
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and green pepper in shortening, add tomatoes and cook until well blended. Drop whole eggs one at a time and cook as desired. Eggs may be beaten before adding to sauce and cooked as scrambled eggs. Add worchestershire if desired.
