2c. Easy cookie mix
1/2c. creamy peanut butter
1/3c. butter softened
1 egg
1-2 tbs. milk
48 mini peanut butter cups
Glaze: 1/2c. chocolate chips
2 tsp. shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven 350. Grease 48 mini muffin cups with cooking spray. Stir cookie mix before measuring. In large bowl, beat cookie mix, peanut butter, butter and egg with electric mixer on med. speed, scraping bowl occasionaly, until dough forms; if needed, add 1-2 tbs. milk.
Shape dough into 1 inch balls; place in muffin cups. Press 1 peanut butter cup into each ball.
Bake 13 to 18 min. Cool 5 min and remove from pan. Cool completely. In small bowl, microwave glaze ingredients on high 45 to 60 seconds. Drizzle glaze evenly over cookies
