1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
3 tbsp. mini chocolate chips

Directions:
Mix eggs, oil, water with fork. Add cake mix and chocolate chips. Stir with fork until mixed but still lumpy. Do not use electric mixer or over mix, too much air will make this cake tough.
Put in a greased 13 x 9 pan. Bake 350 for 25 minutes or until cake starts to pull away from side of pan or toothpick in the middle comes out clean.
Cover at once with wax paper until cool enough to ice but not completly cooled. Frost and cover again.

We got this recipe from Coreena Sanders. She is from Mercer, MO. We do the Clay County Fair with her and she always treats us to a cake and Oh It's So Good.
