2 cups water 2 cups white vinegar 1/4 cup canning salt garlic cloves fresh dill red pepper flakes fresh green beans fresh yellow wax beans pint canning jars
heat: 2 cups water 2 cups white vinegar 1/4 cup canning salt bring to boil.
In jars: place 1 clove of pealed garlic, 1 head of fresh dill,1/4 t red pepper flakes. Fill jars with beans( I try to stand the beans up). Fill jars a 1/4" from top with liquid mixture.Seal jars as you would for canning.
