3 8-oz. bars if cream cheese
5 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp.. vanilla or almond extract
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the cream cheese, eggs and sugar together. Fill cups 3/4 full and bake 30 minutes in a 300 oven. Cool 5 minutes

Mix together the sour cream 1/4 c. sugar and vanilla. Place 1 teaspoon full on top of each cake and bake 5 minutes.
