4 c. flour
1 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 T. yeast in 1/2 c. warm water
1 c. milk
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix shortening into the sifted flour and add sugar and salt. Dissolve the yeast in water, scald the milk and cool, beat eggs and combine with milk and yeast. Stir well and add into the flour mixture. Place in a cool place overnight. The next day form by rolling 1/4 of the dough at a time into rounds and spread with butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and let raise. Frost.
