1 lb ground conch
1 large onion
1 large sweet green pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
2 T. butter, melted
8 T. flour
1 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Grate onion and pepper or chop fine into conch. Add eggs, salt and melted butter. Mix well. Sift flour and baking powder into mixture until it is thick enough to spoon into hot cooking oil. Cook until golden brown. Serve with seafood sauce.
