1 ½ lb. ground sirloin ¾ lb. pork sausage ¼ c. onions (diced) ½ tsp. pepper 1 T. sage 1 egg beaten ¼ c. fresh cream 1 ½ tsp. salt
Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl and let stand in icebox for one hour. Roll meat balls (thumb size) and freeze. When ready to serve, fry in butter for 20 minutes turning several times until moist and brown.
