2 # bag Southern Hash browns
1 stick Oleo
1 pint Half & Half
1/2 # Velveeta Cheese, cubed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Butter casserole dish. Break up potatoes into dish. Melt and mix oleo,half and half,cheese, salt and pepper and pour over potatoes. Bake at 350
