8 oz. cream cheese
1 bottle beer
8 oz. aged cheddar cheese (grated)
1 clove garlic (minced)

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender or cuisinart, blend cream cheese and cup of beer. Add cup additional beer, garlic and cheese. Cover and blend until smooth. Serve with chips.
