3 eggs
2 t vanilla
1 cup oil
3 t baking soda
1 t cinnemon
1 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
2 cups sugar
2 cups shredded zucchini-pat dry
2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup chocolate chips
3/4 cup nuts- your choice

Mix together first three ingredients
add next four ingredients
add sugar and zucchini
add flour
add cho.chips and nuts.
Spray bread pan lightly with oil and
bake @ 350 for 50 -60 minutes.

it's very important to towel dry the zucchini before adding to mixture.
