1 lb. ground beef 1 egg 1 c. bread crumbs 1/2 chopped onion 1/2 c. ketchup 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 bottle BBQ Sauce
Mix ground beef and all ingredients in a large bowl except BBQ sauce. Form meat mixture into balls. Cook in skillet until browned, approx 5 min. Place meatballs in crock pot and add BBQ sauce. Simmer on low for 2 hours or high for 1 hour.
