1/2 Cup Sugar
6 tbsp Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1 1/2 Cups Milk
1 Whole Egg
1 tbsp Butter
1/2 tsp Vanilla
3 Ripe Bananas
1 Pie Shell
Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour & salt. Add milk and cook in double boiler until thick. Cover and cook 10 minutes longer. Beat egg and add to milk mixture and cook for 2 minutes longer. (Add egg into small amount of milk mixture before pouring it into pan or it will lump.) Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Slice bananas into pie shell. Put on whipped cream. Slice bananas around edge and in center
