2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 lb prosciutto, chopped
1 (16-ounce) can whole tomatoes, undrained and chopped
1 (10 & 3/4-ounce) can tomato puree
1 cup canned undiluted chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Romano Cheese
1 teaspoon dried whole oregano
1 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup Marsala wine
2 (8-ounce) packages fresh cheese or meat filled tortellini
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic in olive oil and 1 tablespoon melted butter in a large saucepan until golden brown. Add prosciutto and next 6 ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until mixture thickens. Add wine and cook 1 to 2 minutes. Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain; place in a bowl. Add 1/4 cup Romano cheese and 1 tablespoon butter; toss. Pour prosciutto mixture over tortellini; toss. Sprinkle with parsley.
